Basketball Classes
Co-ed, ages 10-12 This class focuses on basketball skill development. It is not a basketball team. They will have some "games" amongst the group members. This is an opportunity to learn the skills and strategy of basketball. ~~~~~~~~~~ Co-ed, ages 12-13. The focus of the class will be on
acquiring the necessary skills to eventually play competitively at the high
school level. Specific skills to be addressed will be: pick & roll, post moves,
open court moves and ball handling, fast break execution, ball movement, catch &
shoot, shooting off the dribble (control), proper shooting form, zone and man to
man defense. The first hour focuses on skill development. The second hour
consists of a fun controlled/coached scrimmage where the participants learn

Monday and Wednesday ~ 10:00am (6 months to age 2), 11:00am (3&4)

Wednesdays ~ 9:00am - 10:00am (4-6), 10:15am - 11:15am (7-10)
