Hello FLEX Fans !!!

We hope you are enjoying your summer.

The FLEX team has been busy putting things together for the

fall conference.

1. Place and time are reserved

2. Guest speakers have confirmed

3. Invitations have been send out

Now we need YOU!

FLEX is looking for volunteers for the following events:

1. Set up

2. Take down

3. Finding sponsors

4. Greeting guests

5. Miscellaneous (making sign up list, posters, banners, flyers etc.)

The agenda will be mailed out later this month and posted in the September

newsletter.

The conference is FREE!

We have 2 rooms available for children to gather and

enjoy some activities.

There will be a charge of $ 2.00 per child. We have some

teenage volunteers to supervise the children.

A liability waver needs to be signed by the parents/guardians

beforehand, this can be e-mailed to you prior to the event.

Please have it with you on the day of conference!

Currently FLEX continues to opperate as a network and

is appreciative of any gifts that are offered.
